Month of Coordination
This would be the minimum recommended service. For the bride and groom who wish to take care of all of the preliminary planning, but who also understand the importance of having a coordinator 4-6 weeks prior to the special day to handle all of the details!

• 2 Consultation Meetings (6 weeks to 1 month prior) 2 hours maximum per meeting
• Create detailed timeline for ceremony and reception
• Finalize vendor information
• Direct rehearsal & provide itinerary for wedding party
• Provide Bridal Emergency kit
• Greet vendors and oversee setup of ceremony and reception
• Setup Wedding items per instructions at reception
• Display Table Seating Cards (pre-alphabetized by client)
• Cue musicians or music for ceremony
• Helping wedding party/guests who have special needs
• Cue Wedding party when its time to walk down the aisle!
• Making sure your dress and train look perfect as you begin your journey
• Greet & Direct late arriving guests
• Coordinate reception activities with the DJ or M.C.
• Making sure the activities are on schedule per the timeline to maximize your time
• Distributing gratuities and/or final payments to vendors on your behalf
• Supervise the gifts and their transportation from the location
• One or Two assistants depending on guest count
• Personal assistant to the bride and groom and their family members

Mid To Full Coordination
Recommended for the bride and groom who just don’t have the time to handle all the details.

• Unlimited Consultations (Via phone/email)
• 6 In person meetings (2 hours maximum per meeting)
• Unlimited vendor referrals
• Attend two vendor appointments (your choice)
• Event Design and Décor assistance
• Assist and advise on menu selection
• Etiquette advisement
• Attend final tasting appointment
• Review all vendor contracts
• Create detailed Day of Itinerary
• Final vendor confirmations and direction for the wedding day
• Assist with invitation, favor and gift selections
• Direction of your rehearsal and wedding ceremony
• Management of the entire event
• Wedding emergency kit
• Includes (1) wedding day assistant (may vary with guest count)
• Unlimited Day of coverage

Royal Crown Package
THIS PACKAGE IS DESIGNED FOR THE BRIDE AND GROOM WHO WOULD PREFER ASSISTANCE FROM THE VERY BEGINNING UNTIL THE VERY END!
